New beginnings are a natural rhythm of life which continuously occurs throughout our lives. They are the blessings we receive for letting go of that which no longer serves us. This is the way the universal law works – as we release the old, we are open to receive the new. You can experience this flow everyday by letting go of yesterday with compassion, and embracing the gifts of today with love and gratitude. In truth, everyday is a new beginning and an opportunity to create your life anew and experience your dreams!
Each New Year enhances the energy for new beginnings and plants the seeds for the rest of the year. It is a time that sparks our imagination and inspires new ideas, intentions and endeavors. As we open our hearts and minds to these inspirations the seeds of creation are planted, doors of opportunity open and our new beginnings come to life! 2011 opens an energetic gateway of higher consciousness and creates a synergy (synchronistic energy) that magnifies our manifestations for experiencing a more love-based existence for all of humanity. Therefore, it is especially important to set your intentions and focus on only that which you desire to experience in your life and the dreams you have for our world. As we move toward 2012 the old fear-based energy is being released individually and globally to embrace the new energy of unconditional love. The angels are beings of light and their essence is unconditional love. These heavenly helpers are here to assist us with this process just for the asking. As Thomas Kinkade puts it so simply – “Love is the stepping stone to new beginnings.”…
Angelic Recipe: Setting your Heart’s Intentions
1. I invite you to close your eyes, and take a few deep breaths. Invite in your angels by saying, “Dear Angels, please assist me in bringing forth and creating the passions that reside within my heart. Thank you.”
2. On a piece of paper, draw a heart and inside the heart write down all your desires. At the bottom of the heart write, “Anything else that is for the highest good of myself and all concerned.” On another piece of paper do the same for the dreams you have for our world.
3. Light a candle and ask the angels to guide you in bringing these passions to life.
4. Take a moment to visualize these desires present in your life and in our world now. Feel the joy and gratitude in your heart for this truth!
Nourishment for your soul: Love is the powerful source in which we all share that creates for ourselves and our world – miraculous new beginnings!

We are all creators of our own life and a co-creator of the universe with God/Angels/Spirit. Each one of us comes into this world with passions, desires and dreams that reside within our hearts, as our heart is the doorway to our soul. They are the inspiration that directs our lives. It is the power of these dreams and desires that bring us here. You deserve to be, do and experience all that your heart desires. You have the power within to experience your dreams. That power is love! As you awaken to the stirrings within your own heart and put these into action in your life and our world, your heart becomes activated with love, joy and passion. As the spark within each of us comes to life, it permeates out into the universe bringing in more light globally. As we each awaken to our passions and purpose, more love is projected out into the world and the global heart of the universe is activated. Global Heart Activation
You can share the angel within your heart by participating in this global activation:
1. I invite you to center yourself by taking a few deep breaths. As you inhale, breathe in love as pink light, as you exhale release any heaviness from your heart.
2. Visualize rainbow light coming from heaven entering the top of your head, filling up your heart.
3. Visualize a deep pink heart with rainbow light expanding out from it in front of you. This symbolizes the global heart of the universe.
4. Visualize the rainbow light within your heart overflowing into the universe, reaching this global heart.
I love new beginnings as they represent excitement, refreshment, adventure and light a spark within my heart. I also love the creative process. The stirring in my heart is to create love wherever I go and I invite you to do the same. By inviting the angels into your life you will experience the magic and miracles of new beginnings. In essence, you are invited to expand your heart and mind to embrace the new beginnings that await you!
New beginnings
Each new beginning holds a promise of
Something greater than we can imagine,
A place more expansive than where we’ve been,
And a richer experience that feeds our soul.
The door to new beginnings is always open,
To those who choose to walk in love!
